1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By becoming a Women Rainbow Stockist, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all the policies and guidelines set by the company from time to time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This opportunity is open to all individuals who are 18 years or above and are willing to work with honesty, dedication and commitment towards empowering themselves and others.

3. STOCKIST REGISTRATION

Stockist registration is valid for a lifetime. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

4. PURCHASE & PAYMENT

All products must be purchased at the company's MRP. Payments should be made through authorized payment methods only. Full payment must be cleared before dispatch.

5. PRODUCT QUALITY

We ensure high quality, safe and effective products. In case of any manufacturing defect, inform within 7 days of delivery for replacement as per the company policy.

6. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered to the registered address. Delivery time may vary based on location and logistic services.

7. RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Products can be returned or replaced only in case of damage, leakage or wrong product received. No return for saleable and used products. Report within 7 days with clear proof.

8. BUSINESS CONDUCT

Stockists agree to conduct business ethically and responsibly. Any misleading, false claims or unethical activities are strictly prohibited.

9. NON-TRANSFERABLE

This stockist ID is personal and cannot be transferred, sold or shared with any other person under any circumstances.

10. POLICY CHANGES

The company reserves the right to change, modify or update any policy or terms without prior notice. Updates will be applicable immediately upon posting.

11. INCOME DISCLAIMER

Income results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, skills, commitment, leadership and market conditions.

12. TRAINING & SUPPORT

The company will provide training, guidance and support to help you build and grow your business successfully.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All company logos, trademarks, content and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Women Rainbow and cannot be used without written permission.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for business and communication purposes as per our Privacy Policy.

15. TERMINATION RIGHTS

The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a stockist ID in case of fraud, misconduct, violation of terms or any activity that harms the brand image.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITS

The company does not guarantee any fixed income or profits. Success depends on your hard work, dedication and team building.

17. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Stockists must comply with all applicable local, state and national laws and regulations while operating their business.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company's registered state only.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering as a stockist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all the Terms & Conditions.
